Our Labor Rate Structure: The Labor is estimated on a flat rate or actual time basis. We use nationwide accepted “AllData” estimating guide for flat rate estimates. We help our customers to minimize the cost of repairs by:
Parts: The cost of parts often becomes a major component in the total cost of repairs. Most of the new parts we use come from either the dealerships or independent distributors. Typically, the same part will cost more if it is purchased from the dealer. Over the years we have learned a great deal about parts distributors, quality, performance and availability of OEM and replacement parts, deliveries, warranties, etc. We even have found that some remanufactured parts are not only less expensive then new, but also better in quality. Low quality, cheap after market parts do not offer a solution to the rising cost of repair because they often generate problems instead of resolving them. However, when applicable, a quality used part can offer a substantial saving. We search for used parts nationwide. We are not in business doing the same job twice and, therefore, our specifications for used parts, their testing and warranties are among the toughest in the industry and most salvage yards do not want (or can not) meet them. Over the years we have developed a good business relationship with reliable salvage yards that stand behind the parts they sell. |
